APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
We can’t wait to support you on your journey to a happy, healthy you. During an initial session we spend time getting to know you, your health concerns, your goals and how all this links in with your food, eating and nutrition. We then work with you to develop a plan to help you realise you goals and allow you to focus on the more important things in life.
Our review sessions are tailored to your needs and include both short touch-base sessions and longer in-depth appointments. Whether you are needing accountability and quick answers or time to unpack eating behaviours and more complex health concerns, our follow-up appointments give you exactly what you need.

Is a referral required?
A referral from any healthcare practitioner is desirable but not essential. If you do not have a referral please email info@launcestondietetics.com.au with an appointment request including some information regarding your needs so we can ensure you are booked with the most suitable practitioner.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of the sessional price may occur for non-attendance or if an appointment is cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice.

NDIS funded (60 mins) - $193.99
NDIS funded (35 mins) - $110
Full payment for fees is required on the day and rebates (including Medicare) will be processed after payment.
Fees are subject to change each financial year (Current July 2023)
REBATES
We are registered with Medicare, DVA and Private health funds.
Private health fund rebates vary so please check with your provider prior to your appointment. Rebates may be claimed directly from your health fund provider.
Medicare rebates are available if your GP completes a GP Management Plan or Eating Disorder Management Plan. This must be provided to the dietitian in advance or at the start of your appointment. This paperwork may entitle you to a rebate of $58.30 per visit for up to 5 visits per year (or 20 with an Eating Disorder Plan) that you will receive from Medicare directly back into your bank account.
